Showcasing the colours of Australia. These gouache paintings were completed in 2024 after a short holiday to the small country town of Gunnedah in NSW. There is a small hill on the edge of town called Porcupine Lookout (known as Porky!) where you can see beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding farmland and distant hills. The view is an inspiring tapestry of colours and textures and I was longing to capture my observations with paint.
